This is John Munday’s 2017 Harley FLS bobber build. He wanted more of a old school bobber look on the back end of the bike. he also requested a custom sissy bar with a KBAR knife incorporated. we are designing and installing a one off oil tank and a hand tooled leather tooled seat. We are going to top that off with a matte black paint job and some fresh powder coat. We would like to thank Mr. Munday for his service to our great country. Welcome back Sir.
This 2005 Harley FLHT showed up at our shop after sitting outside in New Jersey for several years. We stripped it down to the frame and clean, polish and re-coat everything. We added new Arlen Ness engine covers, fork legs and covers, and a custom seat. A stretched fuel tank, performance front wheel, calipers, and rotors were also added. A set of 14″ ape hanger handlebars were added for comfort. we powder coated lots of parts black and topped that off with a torn carbon fiber paint job.
This bike was built using a Harley shovelhead engine and 4-speed transmission. We bore and stroked the engine to 89” from 74”and completely rebuilt the transmission using Andrews gears and “made in the USA” bearings. Then we powder coated the cases wrinkle black and the covers a hammer tone silver. We handmade the frame, fuel tank, oil tank, handlebars, jackshaft, fender support, and fender. We also made the front section of the springer front end and added round tubing to the inside of the rear support to give it a true custom look. The bike uses performance machine brake calipers and controls. The bike was painted using PPG’s tigers eye with many coats of clear.
Here is John Floyd’s 2001 buell based custom build. we fabricated a custom hrardtail, exhaust, handlebars, oil tank, license plate mount, ignition mount, and fender supports. We also added a modified dished fuel tank, -2 springer front end, black and Stainless wheels, sprocket / brake rotor combo, and BDL controls, We finished the bike with a vintage metallic blue and black paint job and lots of hammered blue powder coat.
This is Mike Parker’s 1964 Chevy C10. It has 4-wheel disc brakes, a complete CCP suspension Kit with power steering and power brakes, a 700r4 transmission, SBC 383 stroker engine, an aluminum radiator, and a completely custom wire harness. We also added a new tilt wheel steering column and relocated the fuel tank into the bed.
This is a 1976 Corvette Stingray that Curtis Dean brought us in rough shape. First we rebuilt the entire suspension and braking systems and installed new wheels and tires. Then we repaired the heavily rusted front window frame and the many areas of previous “questionable” repairs. We painted the exterior a beautiful candy blue, we repaired the rusted seat frames and added new foam. We topped that off by retiring the worn old silver interior and replacing it with a fresh new cream white interior.
This is Tony Riddles 2001 FLH police bike that he ask us to rebuild. We pulled the engine and added a 107″ stroker kit from S&S. along some S&S 510 cams new oil pump, valves, and springs. then we added the classic WW2 olive drab paint job, custom air brushed graphics, and a full rinehart exhaust.
This is Tom Henderson’s one of a kind turbo Roadstar. We Designed and built and full turbo kit using a Garett GT turbo, Mikuni HSR flat slide carb, custom made stainless steel exhaust and intake, and a lock-up clutch. We also added custom wheels, lots of gloss black powder coating, tank and dash modifications, and topped it off with torn red carbon fiber paint job.
This is Doug Smiths 2013 Harley FLHX Streetglide that we built for the motorsports expo. The engine was bored to 107″ and we also installed some S&S 510 cams. We added a black death bag and fender kit, custom exhaust, we stretched the gas tank to match the new side covers, an awesome fat spoke front wheel, and topped it of with a classic so-cal lace paint job.
This is a 2015 BMW 650 that we designed a side car so the customer could bring his four legged friend with him anywhere. We had to design the frame with mounting fixtures because no one sells a side car for this bike. we also made an snap-on cover for the side car when it is not being used.
