This is a 1976 Honda CB550 that we designed and installed a hard tail. We use many different parts from various motorcycles. The tanks were from a Harley Davidson, which we cut out the back and changed the mounts. We also added Kawasaki GPZ wheels, Harley forks and bars. we made a custom exhaust, seat, and fender and then topped that off with some cream white paint and powder coat and red metal flake scallops.
This was our show bike for 2009. The power plant is a natural finished S&S 113” with an S&S level 2 Cam and an S&S Supper G Carb. The primary is a Revera Primo Brute 4 with a Chrome high output starter. The front end is an original Paughco, which was sand blasted and topped off with a flat black powder coat. Then it was overhauled with all new bushings, hardware, and springs. The Frame was handmade by Toxic Customs and powder coated flat black, it is one of a kind. All of our frames are chromoly seamless steal and TIG welded by certified welders on our frame jig. So in short, this frame is strong, light weight, and built to last. The gas tank and oil tank and fender were handmade especially for this build and painted with 8 layers of candies, pearls, and bass boat flakes and topped with 8 coats of clear, one of a kind. The fender support, handle bars, seat, license plate mount, and engine mount were also hand made for this build and powder coated flat black. The bike has Performance Machine PM calipers, rotors, hand controls, and foot controls.
This is a 2009 Kawasaki VN 900 that the customer brought us completely stock. We removed all of the rear parts and fitted a custom fender and hand made fender support. We also installed some white wall tires, an aftermarket exhaust,
a springer seat and a battery plate. We powder coated the fender supports and many other parts matte black. The tank and fender were painted with vivid black, topped with a matte clear coat.
This bike was built using a 1972 Harley Davidson FL motor and transmission. The frame was built in-house, along with the tins and stainless steel exhaust, handlebars, and everything else. The transmission was rebuilt and the covers were powder coated black. the motor was bored to accept the S&S 93″ sidewinder kit . The bike was then painted with a 3 stage burnt orange and topped with lots of clear.
This is a 1960 BMW that we restored in 2008. The bike showed up at our shop in boxes. All of the parts were identified and then assembled. After assuring that we had all necessary components, the bike was then disassembled, media blasted, and then all of the parts were powder coated and painted with the original alpine white. The motor was then assembled, we added new seats, tires and tubes, cables, and lights.
This is a 1981 Honda CB750 that was left for dead before the customer decided to use it as a donor bike. The first thing that we did was get the bike running, to assure that we were not wasting our time and the customers money. Next we broke the bike down to the frame and then media blasted the parts. We then chopped the frame behind the engine cradle and designed and installed the custom hard-tail. We fitted the bike with Kawasaki ZX9R wheels, brakes, and forks. We had to design a steering stem to fit the triple trees to the frame and converted it to timken-style bearings for reliability. The frame was then powder coated with chrome powder and we mixed up a custom green pearl for the tank and fender. The engine was bored out to accommodate the 823cc wiesco piston kit. We also installed a dynoman custom grind cam, CR special flat slide carbs, and a Dyna 2000 ignition system. We also ported and polished the cylinder head and designed a custom Stainless steel 2 X 2 into 1 exhaust. It’s fast!!
This is a Harley Davidson XL 1200 sportster. The bike was out fitted with a Screaming Eagle kit, a peanut tank, Paughco frame, and a wide glide front end. The frame was powder coated metal flake Green and the tins were painted high gloss vivid black.
This bike was built using the motor from a 1985 Honda V35. The frame was hand made here at Toxic Customs from 1.5″ DOM steel and then powder coated with blue pearl and clear powder top coat. The Tank, fenders, fender support, kick stand, handlebars, exhaust, and jack-shaft, were also all hand made here at Toxic Customs. The tins were then sprayed with vivid black and topped with a matte clear coat. All other of the parts were powder coated high gloss black.
