2010 Harley Davidson FLHR Roadglide

2010 Harley Davidson FLHR Roadglide

This is A 2010 Harley Davidson FLHR Roadglide that came to us in the fall of 2014 after being total lost in an accident. The customer was ok and decided to have us rebuild the bike. We had to break the bike all the way down to the frame to begin the reconstruction. After making sure that the frame was straight, we replaced the transmission with a new one from Harley, and then replaced the subframe, swingarm, rear shocks, bags, front fender, performance machine front wheel and rotors, and many other components. We repaired the fiberglass on the badly damaged rear fender. Then we made a new set of handlebars, and added a new vance and hines exhaust system. We straightened and powder coated the crash bar, exhaust tips, and rear fender fillers. We also rebuilt the forks with new tubes and seals, and powder coated the lowers. We topped all of that off with this awesome antique style paint job, which was painted gold and then vivid black was dusted over all over. Then we added our hand laid custom graphics and 8 coats of satin clear coat.

Copper Harley Davidson Fat Boy

Copper Harley Davidson Fat Boy

This is our famous Harley Davidson Fat Boy “copper bike”. The bike was built starting with a fully functional 1996 Harley Davidson Fat Boy. We disassembled the bike and sent many of the components, including the frame, to California and had them copper plated. After receiving the parts back, we hand polished the parts and then had all of them nano-coated with a clear coating, so they would never tarnish. We also disassembled the motor, replacing all bearings and seals. We installed S&S roller rockers, and S&S high volume oil pump, a leineweber 630 camshaft, +.040 pistons and rings, new valves and guides, fresh powdercoat, and then sent the cylinder heads and jugs to have them Diamond Cut. Fresh paint was added along with front and rear Performance Machine calipers.

2012 Archie build

This was a preexisting motorcycle that had seen many year of riding. The bike was disassembled and all of the parts the were blasted. The motor and trans were then overhauled. The wishbone frame, hand made fender support, risers, primary pulleys, side stand, and hand controls were powder coated matte black. We replaced the oil tank with an original panhead tank and designed/installed hidden mounts for the fuel tank. We also made and powder coated a custom motor mount.  The fender, oil tank, fuel tank were then painted with a custom mixed gun metal gray and topped with matte clear coat.
